ALKU and University of Carthage in Tunisia organized a meeting

On the 24th of May, an Erasmus KA171 meeting was organized between ALKU and the University of Carthage in Tunisia. Established in 1988, the University of Carthage is formed by 21 institutions under single-supervision and 12 under joint-supervision, and altogether it has nearly 50 000 students. The agenda of the meeting was to introduce the universities and their staff to each other, discuss the details of the cooperation between the two institutions, and establish an Erasmus KA171 Agreement.

Representing ALKU’s International Relations Office, Vice Coordinator Inst. Eren Irfanoğlu and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator Inst. Gülsiye Bıcak participated in the meeting with five academic staff members from the University of Carthage: The Vice president of Carthage University in charge of research fields Prof. Mongi Besbes, the Director of Academic Affairs and Scientific Partnerships Mr. Taher Jallouli, Sub-Director in charge of Scientific Research and International Cooperation Ms. Rania Bengrich, Head of International Cooperation Office Ms. Hajer Ferchichi, and Member of International Cooperation Office Mr. Slah Lassir.
