Dr. Özgür Uysal from ALKU vısıted Azerbaıjan wıthın the framework of the Orhun Exchange Program
The Orhun Exchange Program, implemented at ALKU in 2021-2022, is a student and staff exchange program between the members of the Turkish Council and the Union of Turkish Universities.
This semester, teachers from ALKU will give lectures at the Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University mainly in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and economics. Asst. Prof. Dr. Özgür Uysal, at the Department of Economics at ALKU was assigned to the Department of Economic Theory and Marketing. Academic staff from both countries participated in a seminar in which the similarities and differences of the educational process in Turkey and Azerbaijan, new teaching methods, and approaches were discussed.
Dr. Özgür Uysal gave lectures on Macroeconomics in English and Azerbaijani to students majoring in Economics at the Faculty of Construction and Economics. Discussions with both students and teachers were very fruitful, and they raised numerous questions and a wide exchange of views.
